A man accosted his brother-in-law as he was harassing his sister. The quarrel turned into a big fight between the two and both had to be hospitalized for injuries sustained.

Ramu lives with his family in Nayudu colony in Srikakulam town. He has been harassing his wife Lakshmi since some time. He has been torturing her every day. When Lakshmi went to her parents’ house for Sankranti festival, she told her brother Govinda Rao about the torture. Govonda Rao decided to chide his brother-in-law and set right his sister’s family after the festival.

With this in view, Govinda Rao visited his brother-in-law. However before he could even ask him about his behaviour, Ramu attacked Govinda Rao. Angered by this, Govinda Rao retaliated. Both the brothers-in-law sustained injuries in the ensuing fight and were shifted to the RIMS hospital.
However Lakshmi stood by her brother. She complained to the police that her husband not only harassed her, but also attacked her brother.
