The High Court on Thursday rejected the Kadapa MP and YSRCP Chief Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy's bail plea.
It supported the CBI's argument and stated that Jagan's bail petition is not maintainable since the case on him is still pending in the Supreme Court.

Recalling the Supreme Court's suggestion to file a single chargesheet, the High Court clarified that it cannot intervene in CBI's work. The bail rejection news came as a blow to the YSRCP cadre.
