Bollywood movie ‘Kahani’ made with a budget of Rs. 8 crore with Vidya Balan minted Rs. 100 cr. in domestic and overseas markets.

It is learnt that the role of Vidya Balan might ultimately land in the lap of Manchu Lakshmi.

Initially the names of Anushka and Nayana Tara were considered for the film to be directed by Sekhar Kammula. However as both were busy and could not give bulk dates as required, the chance may go Lakshmi Prasanna’s way, say sources.

Kahani is the story of a pregnant woman who searches for her missing husband and tries to save him. Telugu version of the film is going on floors soon. We have to wait to know who would this challenging role.
